1. If you received a wrong article

4. If your package is lost during shipping

   Contact Customer Service to inform us that you have not received your package. Once we confirm with the mail that your package is lost, we offer a refund or return your items.

 

5. If we have shipped a defective or damaged item

   You are eligible for a full refund or exchange. When requesting your refund, be prepared to provide customer service photographs that clearly show the problem with the item and its tracking number as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can open the item in front of the recipient and if you find that it was damaged during shipping, you can reject it.
